We are GOD’s 300.
In Judges 7, God intentionally separated 300 from 32,000 to form Gideon’s army, pitting them against the Midianites. He said to Gideon: “Get up, go down against the camp, because I am going to give it into your hands.” The army eventually emerged triumphant, not because the men were strong. In fact, Gideon admitted his clan was the weakest of all clans. The 300 were armed not with swords, but with trumpets and empty jars. The army’s strength was also not in numbers, for they were clearly outmanned by 135,000 Midianites.
The 300, specially handpicked by God,
were mighty champions because He promised that victory was to be in their hands.
WE, the Uni Ministry, are the 300.
Chosen by God to CLAIM VICTORY for His name - not just on campuses and in camps - but in all parts of Singapore and the world. A generation of warriors, raised to contend for our faith. We are called to be His witnesses, to preach boldly the kingdom of heaven at hand, and influence the 7 mountains.
With hands lifted high, flags waving high, we declared victory to be in our hands, God to be deserving of our praise tonight. It was also a night of learning more about Judges 7 and God's supernatural victory from Pastor Jeff. Thank God for the empowering message - indeed, we are not fighting FOR victory, we are fighting FROM victory. We will set an example by living out the Word. We will say fearlessly: "Watch me, follow my lead."
This is my 7th annual church camp, my 3rd Uni church camp. Every year with a new lifegroup of which only God knows his plans for us. Ready to embark on a brand new journey with this new family.
