What to Order?
Lawry's famous for their steak and there's a prime rib of beef cut for every appetite! It's actually the same piece of beef meat, just that it's of portion difference. For example, the Singapore cut would mean a smaller appetite portion. Guess Asians generally have smaller appetites

The prime rib and seafood sets include with starters: Freshly Baked Bread basket and Lawry's famous Spinning Bowl Salad

Made to Order, waitress dressed in vintage frenchmaid style uniform, would make a performance out of mixing salad dressings with the salad ingredients. So she would literally SPIN the salads in a stainless steel bowl on a bedbowl of ice, right infront of your table. Following which, the mixed salad will be served to you on the spot with a chilled salad fork.

You've got to experience seeing it for yourself. Quite an interesting way of serving salad, for sure!

Mixed beans, raw spinash, shredded beets, awesome crispy croutons and a sourish really refreshing dressing unique to Lawry's.

Appearance wise, it seems like any other salad. Taste wise, amazingly good. The greens were really crispy and fresh. What I loved most in it was still the croutons soaked with the unique dressing. I was looking for them all over my salad to be frank!

Main Courses:

Prime Rib Set, Singapore Cut

Includes:

• The Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad
  Crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, watercress, shredded beets, chopped eggs and croutons, tossed with our exclusive Lawry's vintage dressing on a bed of ice
• Yorkshire Pudding
  Baked in small skillets until puffy and golden brown
• Idaho Mashed Potatoes
  American favorite - whole potatoes, cooked, then whipped with milk until smooth and creamy
• Whipped Cream Horseradish

Through it was just a thin slice of beef, it's still juicy and tender. plus, I thought it went really well paired with the sauce. Comes with Yorkshire Pudding (quite uncommon in Sg) and Idaho Mashed Potatoes. The potatoes were decent tasting, didn't want to try the pudding but it looks something like a thinner version of bread pudding x french toast?

Lawry’s is famous for its prime rib roast beef as pictured above, but there are a few other choices of main courses to choose from like Lobsters, Fish and Chicken and I opted for the fish course

Fresh Fish Selection
Love the food presentation. Food wise, the sauce is pretty amazing and a tad sweet. Goes well with the fresh fish. Other than that, I found the fish normal.

Generally, you dine there to soak in the atmosphere and for the ultimate experience. Food's price rather not worth it for what was served. Lawry's wouldn't be my best option for perfect fine dining, I'm very sure there'r elsewhere that offers a better dining experience.
