Hi there! I’m Samantha,

and this space encompasses my personal milestones made beautiful in His time. Combining my flair for easy-to-read writing and my love for photography, here you'll find me sharing the thing I'm most passionate about - travel, food, fashion and my conversations with God.

*P.S when God was blessing others with the gift of height, He left me out realizing that great things come in tiny packages, so instead I am gifted with endless energy and a big wide smile to get through difficult times.

Forever & always, a child of God. Through this cozy little virtual haven, I hope each post inspires at least someone out there with my life stories.

Daddy's Girl

Happy Father's Day 2011!

My best memories with my Dad is definitely during my childhood days. I really love my childhood days despite being alone sometimes... Why? Because since young, my life was different from other kids. I literally 'grew up' in Town, because my parents worked there so they what they would do is drop me off at my kindergarten even while I was sleeping then head to work. My kindergarten was half a Jap school at Clarke Quay. Super enjoyed myself man! haha! So yes, I spent my days, quarter of my life there from Day 7am to Night 7pm. Then at 7pm, my Dad would come pick me up for dinner opposite my school. After that, we had to wait for my Mum to end work so to kill time, both of us would go to the carnival funfair or arcade to play! Best days, I always loved the games there!

Come to think of it, clarke quay changed so much. It used to be kinda like a dead town (okay, maybe not so bad)... but look at that place now, there's clubbing, pubs & many other high-end restaurants/cafe. Proud to say that was my childhood place! muahaha!(:

So anyways, what else I remember... is TO DRINK WATER! I really hate plain water, idk why please don't ask me why because I have no answer to that. So my Dad was smart enough to come up with this 'game' - Every cup of water I drank from my bottle, I get 50cents and I can either spend the 50cents that moment or accumulate the $ up to a bigger sum then change for a gift (Normally, would get those cute hair accessories LOL!). Thro I was young, I think I'm smart enough to choose the latter. This was one of the most memorable gifts ever because I remember it was very expensive but I managed to get it!

Growing up, things were different but it's okay.
We played Tennis & Badminton almost every week.
Besides that, he cuts fruits for the family and cleans up our house! Teehee!

That's about it! Toodles!
