Ripple Conference 2014

Overflow kids are not ordinary kids, they are passionate kids with the overflow of God’s best in their lives. Touched and empowered, they overflow God’s love to their community and world.

Ripple Conference over the weekends was truly beyond awesome. God gave me similar words through 5 different people who prayed for me!

Special guests from Aussie, Pastor Brendon and Cathie Clancy ministered to Hope Kids on Sunday and led them into a real supernatural encounter with God. The most heartwarming scene happened when they asked "Kids why do you love God?" and the kids responded with "Cause he died for me, cause he loves me, cause he is good, cause he created us" I was amazed, God is really so real in our lives as well as these children's lives. Indeed these are simple innocent reasons of which some adults have forgotten about. There was a segment where the kids were to write a love message to God and our P1 boy with slight autism wrote 'I love you Jesus, Please can you talk to me'. He is always running around during class yet God still works in him and he yearns for God's voice so so much!

Serving in Hope Kids Ministry (Sunday School) is one of the best decisions I made this year!

These children may be still young and a lot of times you wonder if they understand what you've taught them but I learnt that every little thing we are doing is sowing seeds in their hearts so that they know there's a God in their lives. AND YES, they actually are able to absorb what's being taught! So thankful for their precious lives that they have given to God. It's really a lot about giving them the right environment to learn and grow more in God. Takes a lot of patience, effort and tough love especially when they are really cute (omggg so adorable!) but ultimately in all that we do, it's all for his kingdom.

This year’s Ripple Conference has equipped us to lead kids and pioneer God’s work in kids locally and globally.

 Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me. Don't keep them away. The kingdom of heaven belongs to people like them."
