This Holidays, I went for a few short 1-day Baking courses, with my lovelygirl, Min Yee.

Upon entering the cozyspace, we were amazed at the pretty 3D designer cakes left on the counters. Normally, we see them on the internet, now they are right infront of my eyes...

I was particularly attracted and impressed by the branded bags

After awhile of waiting, it was finally time to start the workshop proper. It was all about Sugarveil. I didn't know what Sugarveil was in the first place :/ After the workshop was conducted, I finally understood that it's actually the white decorative laces on the cake, made from sugar! So yes, if you wanted to know, they are all EDIBLE.
