青春是一場大雨。即使感冒了，還盼望回頭再淋它一次。 柯騰的一群好友，為了共同喜歡的沈佳宜，不約而同從精誠中學國中部直升到高中部，繼續未完的戀愛戰鬥。 某天柯騰因過度惡作劇被導師處罰，坐到好學生沈佳宜前面，由她代為監視。起先兩人彼此抗拒，但柯騰漸漸喜歡上逼他用功讀書的沈佳宜，沈佳宜也受到柯騰帶來的迥異價值觀深深地衝擊，柯騰展開了追求，沈佳宜則猶豫不決。 高中畢業後，原本快要在一起的柯騰與沈佳宜，卻因為柯騰舉辦的自由格鬥賽大吵一架，遺憾未能成為戀人。 看著一起追過多年的女孩步入禮堂，成了別人的新娘子，每個男孩都得到了各自的成長，也繼續追尋各自的幸福。
