Mystery Wednesday ZOO!
For my company, we have internal bonding events such as Sports Friday every week (which we play squash with our sister companies as well) & Mystery Wednesday once in a while. I was quite blessed to have the experience of Mystery Wed during my period of stay here. Mystery Wednesday is something the whole office & other sister company come together to strengthen office relationships. We come together to do an activity/go somewhere - Part of the FUN is that the activity would be planned by someone but noone else knows anything about it until the time the actual event starts! So just yesterday, our Mystery Wednesday was a trip to the ZOO.
Trust me, before knowing where the location was, I was really excited and started making wild guesses, like oh isit the beach, USS? A trip to the Zoo was fun, not that I love the zoo but because I haven't been there ever since my birthday in Sec 3?!? OHGOD. Anyways, cut that. All you need to know is... I was just very excited to visit places of attractions - Feeling like a tourist in my own land, a small kid on a school excursion!!!

Mum gave me a lift to Kinta office this morning... I was excited the whole journey!
Even made her guess where I'll be going, but I myself, have no answer to it!

The rest got into the cab to the mystery place, but I went back to office to join my JPB team (;
Same colourcode!
It was revealed...
Took cab to Mandai Zoo, super far (Thank God for vehicles with 4wheels).
These places never change, it's the people you go with that makes things different. I was excitedly enthu to talk and take pic with every single animal (but must maintain abit ah!) hehe.

Maps always work in such places of interest!
THANK GOD, we were in time to watch the Splash Show! It was so interesting, doubt I have ever watched such a show in the ZOO before! Mr(or was it a Ms) SeaLion, was the star of the show. It's (safer to use 'it) skin is damn smooth and soft. I bet it doesn't have to use moisturizer. sighs! Don't judge a cover by its look, likewise, this sealion is really intelligent. It takes instructions really well, swims really well, does many tricks (it's a show-sealion for a reason k!)
My pretty babes!
I love how they make the signboards in such an animal theme!
Their heads are so uniquely crafted...
Walked around. No, more like, we were lazy & took the bus/train around...
Yes, when we passed this animal, I bimbotic-ly went 'OMG SO TALL!' Like duh, they are giraffes. But, honestly sincerely, I meant they are really so tall! It was a big reaction from me partially because they other animals I was seeing so far were either very small or very short.
Sarah!

Actually, I know cannot take picture of this. But heck, so nice plus it captures our face, even if the photo dude bans me from taking, too bad, I already took. Sorry! hahaha!

Boss treated us to lunch afterwhich!
From KFC to Thai-Chinese cuisine, somewhere in Yishun vicinity...
Look at the spread we always have!
Back to office! Was feeling really lethagic! :(
