Can never get enough of TOYS
Popped by this unique place for dinner last Wednesday, 1st day of June!
FOLKS, GUESS WHERE?!!
While walking down the stairs to the Restaurant, I was already taking little steps walking rather slowly, because from the higest point of where I was standing, I was already quite taken aback by the overwhelming exhibits in the restaurant. I would say, it's a very plesant surprise for all of us.

I mean... Just look at the interiors of the place...
Very beautiful indeed, it made my feel so retro, like as if I'm back to the 1960s!
Every angle of this place once stepped into, is filled by amazing decos.
It's definately a talking point for everyone who's been here! I really wonder how they managed to get all these signages man!

Look at all the old-school brands made in signages! Worthed every shot.
The cabinet which holds antiques and collectables! (:
STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE PLACE?
IT's...
Mr Punch Restaurant and Wine Bar

Tel: +65 6339 6266
Type of Place: Wine/Spirits Restaurant
Type of Cuisine: Asian Western Pizza

I have walked pass this place a couple of times already & still always have the temptation to enter because I'm really attraction by the TOYS concept. However, I have never gone there to eat because I didn't know they had a restaurant in the basement.
WOW.

So when I heard that there's a restaurant, I thought to myself that I definately would want to have a try as it's a pretty interesting concept in my impression. Likewise, it's indeed a very unique place near town with nice ambiance. I love the cozy feeling it gives me - The restaurant is at the basement making me feel quite exclusive. Like in my own world amongst the collectables!
Yes, if you're guessing, The mint toy museum is just upstairs!
So this trip, I'm here with my Poly - Business Clique!
There were so many of us, we had to split 2 tables!
& finally, sorta together in 1 picture...
The Occasion: TO CELEBRATE YOKE TING aka my mumz's 19th Birthday!
Samantha & the Birthday girl!
^^
The food was a little pricey to me, because the portion wasn't that big either.
Anyways, here's what we ordered as a table!

Time for some Pizzas!
The pizzas here are what I would recommend.
Of course, I have to admit, confirmed this one can't be compared to TIMBRE's Skinny Pizza, but the pizza served here are THIN CRUST(YAY) too... so, it's good enough though, just the way I like my pizzas!
They were generally quite generous w lots of toppings and the melted cheese!

Halfway through dinner, the manager of the place came down and handed a Birthday gift as a small gesture on their part, to the Birthday girl. Super cool!
Some collectables or related, I'm sure...
Here comes Dessert(s) time!
Look at how happy the both of us were!
We tend to share our food & here's what we got for the night...
Dark Chocolate Moouse
Nice food decorations, to me, it looked like a really huge kitkat... don't you think so!
Quite a disappointment being a fan of dark chocolate, becuase it didn't taste anything like dark chocolate at all :( AHHH plus, it was so creamy and moouse-y which is what I don't like. My attempt to try cakes FAILED big time again. hahaha
Bread & Butter Pudding
After all the food, it was time for the birthday surprise.
As you grow older, you can get more creative I realise... look at the type of Birthday cake we got her!

APPLE STRUDLE 'CAKE'
I swear, she got a shock!!!
YAY!
YAY!
Don't say her... cause when it was served, I didn't realise that it was coming towards the table & when I turned my head around and saw it, I myself got a shock! I was like WHAT IS THAT HUGE THING DOING ON THE TABLE especially when I'm already so full...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DEAR GIRL!
19th already yo!
19th already yo!
Creative Polaroids... FTW!
Time to cut & serve the huge apple strudel cake...
Take a closer look at the little layers of it... hmmm...
& finally, a group photo amongst the antiques!
Pretty people, Pretty girls, Pretty place, Pretty background, EVERYTHING IS SO PRETTY LA.
