Having been there, I would say it's a really nice place to chill, let alone study!
It's very cozy and fully air-conditioned.

The ASSESSMENT Centre is where the students take their practical & theory exams to graduate & obtain their certificates. Just like how we do it in schools!

Besides just the place itself, there is a coffee place on the 1st floor.
Students usually have a quick bite there!
I ordered the OTAH Set(:
S$4.20, for the bread, 2 eggs & 1 cup of milo/tea/coffee.
It's good. Not the best, but GOOD!
